A chocolate lovers dream cake!

This three tier chocolate ganache wedding cake was adorned with beautiful red and cream roses and a red satin ribbon.  The bottom layer was chocolate fudge cake filled with a rich chocolate ganache.  The top two layers were vanilla bean cake with Chantilly cream.  All three layers were iced with chocolate buttercream and topped with poured ganache.  What a fantastic combination of flavors!
