The Rustic Wedding Cake Collection

I enjoy creating all different styles of cakes from classic to modern and everything in between. Here in Colorado, many of our clients want to bring a more natural feel to their weddings highlighting the beauty of our mountain setting. This week's video showcases some of my popular rustic cakes. You'll find this style of cake brings the outdoor feel in with natural, organic elements like tree bark, pinecones, feathers, leaves, birds, or a full mountain scene. Rustic cakes also tend to have lots of texture and often incorporate burlap or lace into the decor. This style lends itself well to less structured designs full of wild flowers.
