Wall Street Bull Groom's Cake

I feel lucky to be able to work for amazing clients who truly appreciate the artistry in the cakes I create. One of my recent creations was a small edible version of the iconic Wall Street Bull. The sculpture is a symbol of aggressive financial optimism and prosperity and stand in the New York Financial District.

This replica was 14 inches long and 9 inches tall. It was made of chocolate Kahlua cake with chocolate mousse.
